We want you to be satisfied with your purchase of Midigame. If you are not satisfied, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions.
1. Eligibility for a Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if you request it within 14 days of the original purchase date.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at contact@kholodov.com with the following information:
- The email address you used for the purchase.
- The license key you received.
- The reason for your refund request (your feedback is valuable to us).
3. Processing the Refund
Once we receive your request, we will verify your purchase information. If your request is approved, we will process the refund.
The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
4. Effect of a Refund
Upon refund, your license key for the Midigame desktop application will be permanently deactivated. You must immediately cease using the application and remove it from your devices. We reserve the right to remotely disable the license key.
